ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณภาคใต้ โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา และปัตตานี ระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนัก และฝนที่ตกสะสม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีน้ำท่วมขังในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง สำหรับประเทศไทยตอนบน ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบน โดยเฉพาะภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ดูแลรักษาสุขภาพเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศ
