ภาคใต้ตอนล่าง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา ปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส ภูเก็ต กระบี่ ตรัง และสตูล มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง และประเทศมาเลเซีย ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือกำลังค่อนข้างแรงยังคงพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทยตอนบน ภาคใต้ตอนบน และทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยและห่างฝั่งของทะเลอันดามันยังคงมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน และพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง สำหรับเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยและห่างฝั่งของทะเลอันดามันควรงดออกจากฝั่งต่อไปอีก 1 วัน (23 พ.ย. 68)
