Cities are especially affected by such high temperatures because of the urban heat island effect. To visualise temperature differences within a city and the city’s temperatures, we developed our Urban Heat Maps with a worldwide unique spatial resolution of 10 m, which are available for 100 cities in the world.
Our new widget now enables you to implement these heat maps as a plug-and-play solution into diverse platforms, from personal blogs to business sites. It offers versatile, customisable weather data visualisations to engage and inform your audience.
You can configure the Urban Heat Maps Widget directly on our website by choosing the city of interest, the size of the widget, as well as additional overlays such as webcams.
