The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf, and the low pressure cell covers the coast of upper Vietnam with thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are about 2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
People in the South should beware of heavy rains. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตกระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
