Maximum temperatures ranging from the low thirties to low forties with overnight minimum temperatures in the high teens to mid twenties. Severe heatwave conditions will continue to contract from western and central parts of the State over the weekend. Severe heatwave conditions are then expected to ease in the east by early next week. Locations likely to be impacted include Burketown, Bundaberg, Doomadgee, Esk and Ingham.
