ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก บริเวณจังหวัดนครนายก ปราจีนบุรี และตราด ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือ ในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง

The moderated wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
