บริเวณภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนบน มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล มีฝนลดลงแต่ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่องและมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้ เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำได้เคลื่อนออกไปปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเมียนมาและอ่าวมะตะบันแล้ว ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำท่วมสะสม น้ำล้นตลิ่ง และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 28 ก.ย. 69
The low-pressure cell has moved to cover the western coast of Myanmar and the Gulf of Martaban. Meanwhile the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Heavy rain and isolated very heavy rain are likely in the North, the western portion of the Central, the East and the upper South while less rain and isolated heavy rain is likely in Bangkok and vicinity. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore lasting 28 September 2026.
