ระเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งโดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางตอนล่าง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนบน ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลทำให้มีลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้ และอ่าวไทยเข้ามาปกคลุมบริเวณดังกล่าว ส่วนมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ในขณะที่ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนล่าง สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง และฟ้าผ่า รวมทั้งฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลากในพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขา ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยง การเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country with more rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East and the upper South. The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea while the monsoon trough lies across the lower South with isolated heavy rains in the South. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
