ประเทศไทยตอนบนจะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวเตรียมพร้อมระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่เสี่ยงใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with more rain and isolated heavy rain are possible in the country while isolated very heavy rains are likely in the western part of the Central, the East and the South regions. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore.
