ภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ส่วนด้านตะวันตกของภาคเหนือและภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลาง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ตั้งแต่จังหวัดกระบี่ขึ้นมามีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง ตั้งแต่จังหวัดตรังลงไป และอ่าวไทยตอนบน มีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวเตรียมพร้อมระวังอันตราย จากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่เสี่ยงใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while an active low-pressure cell covers the middle coast of Vietnam. Isolated very heavy rains are likely in the East and the South regions while isolated heavy rain are possible in the western part of the North and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea from Krabi northward up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea from Trang downward and the upper Gulf, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.
