บริเวณภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนล่าง สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนองและฟ้าผ่า รวมทั้งฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลากในพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขา ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly wind prevails over the Gulf while the monsoon trough lies across the lower South with isolated heavy rains in the South. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People in the South should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
