Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest and southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snow is expected to begin this evening, becoming heavy at times tonight through Saturday morning. Snowfall rates around one inch per hour are possible at times, with significant reductions in visibility. Falling snow will diminish west to east late Saturday afternoon, but areas of blowing snow may continue into Saturday night.
