A dry but breezy day is forecast Monday, with relative humidities this afternoon expected to drop into the 25 to 40 percent range away from the Cape and islands. In addition, southwesterly wind gusts between 25 and 30 mph develop by Monday afternoon. When combined with the lack of recent significant rainfall, elevated fire weather potential will exist today.
