ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบนจะมีสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน โดยมีลักษณะของฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง และมีฝนตกหนัก รวมทั้งฟ้าผ่าเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ ซึ่งจะมีผลกระทบกับบริเวณประทศไทยตอนบนในระยะแรก หลังจากนั้นภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจะมีฝนลดลง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนได้แผ่ปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลม ฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้ และอ่าวไทยเข้าปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และภาคใต้ตอนบน ในขณะที่ร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนกลาง มีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคใต้ระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ส่วนประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง รวมทั้งควรหลีกเลี่ยงการอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ และป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรง ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
