HAZARDS AFFECTING COASTAL WATERS 24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.0 m: The northern seaboard of Batanes. Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. On the forecast track, the center of QUEENIE may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between noon and afternoon. Outside the PAR, it will accelerate northeastward towards the sea south of mainland Japan. This tropical cyclone will intensify further while moving over the sea south of Okinawa Islands.
