Slippery roads will make driving conditions dangerous during Saturday in all suburbs.
Transport Victoria advises drivers to: Slow down and drive carefully. Leave more space between you and the vehicle in front. It takes longer to stop on wet, slippery roads. Look out for hazards like mud, water on the road, debris, damaged roads, and fallen trees. Never drive through flood waters. Before driving, check the VicTraffic website for the latest information on road closures. If you see a hazard on the road network, call Transport Victoria's Transport Operations Centre on 13 11 70, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, rain and showers and southwesterly winds are expected during Sunday. Areas likely to be affected include the South West, Central and East Gippsland forecast districts and parts of the Wimmera, Northern Country, North Central, North East and West and South Gippsland forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
