IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected over portions of West Central Texas today through early Friday evening. High moisture values will fuel highly efficient rain-producing storms, with model guidance indicating near-stationary clusters capable of producing 2 to 4 inches of rain per hour. This could lead to additional rainfall totals tonight and Friday of 2 to 5 inches over the Watch area, with isolated totals even higher.
