- At 1127 AM HST, radar and rain gages indicated that rain rates have diminished across Oahu. However, stream gages indicated that flow levels were still elevated in many areas. Satellite and radar data also showed that another area of rainfall is moving toward Oahu from the south.
- This advisory includes the entire island of Oahu.

Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to flooding. Rainfall and runoff will also cause hazardous driving conditions due to ponding, reduced visibility and poor braking action. A Flood Watch is also in effect for Oahu through Friday evening.
