In northeast New Mexico, Northeast Highlands. In northwest New Mexico, Chuska Mountains and Northwest Plateau. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- Numerous showers and storms will continue through the overnight hours. Locally heavy rainfall rates in excess of 1 half inch per hour will be capable of producing rapid runoff that can lead to flash flooding, particularly below recent burn scars and areas with saturated soils.
