ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 538 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to briefly heavy showers overspreading the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area, continuing through the mid-morning hours. Rock and mud slides will be possible.
- A minor debris flow over the burn scars cannot be ruled out.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Malibu, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Universal City, Burbank, Encino, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Griffith Park, Northridge, Santa Monica, Culver City, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, Venice and Santa Clarita.
