IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- An area of thunderstorms tonight over the watch area will be capable of heavy rain. Several waves of storms may move over the same location. Rainfall across the watch area of 1-3 inches is expected with localized amounts of 2-4 inches possible.
