ประเทศไทยตอนบนจะเริ่มมีฝนลดลงแต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองกับมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ ส่วนภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจะมีอากาศเย็นในตอนเช้าและอุณหภูมิจะลดลงอีกเล็กน้อย ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนได้แผ่ลงมาปกคลุมภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ประกอบกับลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้และอ่าวไทยเข้ามาปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง และภาคตะวันออก ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน และด้านตะวันตกของประเทศไทย สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง ฝนตกหนักและฝนตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังได้ ส่วนประชาชนในบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือดูแลรักษาสุขภาพเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไว้ด้วย ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The high-pressure system from China extendeds to cover the North, the Northeast and the upper Central with the easterly and the southeasterly wind brings moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the country while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Less rain in the upper Thailand but persist of thundershowers and isolated heavy rain are likely in the North, the Central regions, the East and the South. Morning cool and slight drop in temperature is likely in the Northeast. For the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People in the country should beware of the severe condition and accumulated rain that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands with gusty winds. People in the Northeast should keep healthy due to changeable weather. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should keep off thundershowers.
