WHAT: Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

WHERE: Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

IMPACTS: At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be expected.

- Recent Activity: The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 PM CDT Saturday was 7.7 feet.
