ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ส่วนภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงที่อ่อนกำลังลงจากพายุดีเปรสชัน “ซูลิก” เคลื่อนปกคลุมบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองและห่างฝั่งคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออก โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคใต้ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีพายุดีเปรสชันปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบน คาดว่าจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลางในช่วงวันที่ 19-20 กันยายน 2567 สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-4 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 4 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองและห่างฝั่งคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน และพื้นที่ลุ่ม ไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือ ในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
