- At 543 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Appleton, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Shawano, Waupaca, Marshfield, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London, Kimberly, Clintonville, Mosinee, Pulaski, Spencer, Whiting, Black Creek, Bevent, Amherst, Pittsville and Fremont.
