It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h.Southwest onsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Bataan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balanga and Morong. + **Aurora** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Casiguran, Aguang and Lower Umiray. + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto. Tomas, Bucao, Bancal and Lawis.
