WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Biliran** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Sangputan, Palo, Solano (Quilot), Daguitan Marabang, Cadac-an, Bongquirogon, Salug, Pagbangahan, Pagsangahan and Binahaan. + **Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Basey, Silanga, Calbiga and Jibatan. + **Southern Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bisay, Himbangan and Pandan. + **Northern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Catarman, Bugko, Pambujan, Catubig, Palapag, Mawo and Gamay. + **Eastern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Oras, Dolores, Ulot, Taft, Borongan, Suribao, Llorente, Balangiga and Sulat.
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
