IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- Significant amounts of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours, with totals already exceeding 5 inches in spots. An additional round of heavy showers and thunderstorms is expected overnight through Thursday morning, which may result in additional flooding and/or the continuation of flooding which is already ongoing.
