  • WHEN: Until 730 AM CDT Saturday.

  • IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • At 801 AM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain had occurred and flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
    • Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area over the next 24 hours.
