- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Appleton, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Menasha, Chilton, Brillion, Cleveland, Valders, St. Nazianz, Two Creeks, High Cliff State Park, St Anna, Northern Lake Winnebago, Camp Rokilio Scout Camp, Central Lake Winnebago, Lake Poygan, Neenah, Two Rivers, Harrison and Kiel.
