IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible.

- 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across parts of central and east-central Wisconsin. An addtioanl 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is expected with thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Addtioanl flooding is possible.
