IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- An additional 0.25-3.00" of rain are forecast through Thursday afternoon. The heavier amounts will favor those closer to Central Kansas while the lower amounts will favor those near the Tri-State border. There may be a few pockets of 4-6" rainfall totals generally along and south I-70.
