IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are expected to spread across the region this evening. The heavy rain falling on soils saturated from the heavy rain that occurred Monday evening through early this morning will only aggravate flooding concerns ongoing across the area.
