Tomorrow (25 September) until Saturday (26 September): Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, and Sarangani. TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall and severe winds may still be experienced in localities outside the landfall point and the forecast confidence cone. Tropical Storm QUEENIE will generally move west northwestward until Friday (25 September) before turning north northeastward by Monday (28 September) and will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Tuesday (29 September) morning. This tropical cyclone will gradually intensify while inside the PAR. It may reach typhoon category by Sunday (27 September).
