ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมีหย่อม ความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย มีกำลังปานกลาง สำหรับคลื่นลมที่พัดปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with isolated heavy rains in the North, the Northeast and the East regions. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected about 2 meters high while 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
ภาคใต้จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น ส่วนบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยเริ่มมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน สำหรับคลื่นลมที่พัดปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเริ่มมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยคลื่นลมทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 2–3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบน มีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มี ฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มี ฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 15 ก.ค. 69 อนึ่ง พายุไต้ฝุ่น “บาหวี่” (BAVI) บริเวณมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก มีแนวโน้มจะเคลื่อนผ่านเกาะไต้หวัน และขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณด้านตะวันออกของประเทศจีนในช่วงวันที่ 11–12 ก.ค. 69 โดยพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย ขอให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปในบริเวณดังกล่าว ตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางไว้ด้วย

The wind and waves prevailing over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf is strengthening. The rather strong wind forces the wave in the upper Andaman Sea upto 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while about 2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore by lasting 15 July 2026. In addition, typhoon “BAVI” over Pacific Ocean is expected to move through Tywan and make landfall over the eastern part of China during 11–12 July 2026. The storm is forecast to not move to Thailand. The travelers should check the weather forecast for the region you're going to be visiting.
