IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 854 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain totaling 4 to 7 inches mostly in the western half of Muskegon County. Minor flooding is occurring in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Muskegon, Muskegon Heights, Roosevelt Park, North Muskegon, Whitehall, Montague, Lakewood Club, Fruitport, Norton Shores, Dalton, Holton, Sullivan, Twin Lake, Wolf Lake, Cloverville, Big Blue Lake and Brunswick.
- This flood advisory covers northern, central, and southwestern portions of Muskegon County where some minor flooding may be occurring. There is also a flood warning in affect which covers western portions of Muskegon County between Muskegon and Whitehall, where the greatest rain totals have been received and flooding is most likely to occur.
