A line of thundershowers spanning from Mabaruma to Crabwood Creek. These conditions are expected to persist for the next 2 to 4 hours. There is the potential for strong wind gusts and lightning during thundershowers and periods of heavy rainfall. This line of convective activity is expected to move further Inland as the afternoon progresses.
Residents are advised to exercise caution, avoid flooded roadways, secure loose outdoor items, and remain indoors during periods of lightning activity where possible. The Hydrometeorological Service is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as necessary
