IMPACTS: At 15.0 feet, Water affects the wastewater treatment facility as well as agricultural land in the Perry area. Near Adel,water affects the fairgrounds and golf course. Northwest of Adel,water affects Sportsman Club Rd and Midland Trl.

Wind gusts will gradually diminish to the northeast through this evening. Strong crosswinds will be possible on north-south oriented roadways. Use caution if in high profile vehicles. Minor tree damage can occur with winds at this speed.
