บริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนจะมีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองกับมีลมกระโชกแรงเกิดขึ้นได้บางแห่ง และมีอุณหภูมิสูงขึ้น โดยมีอากาศร้อนในตอนกลางวัน และมีอากาศร้อนจัดบางพื้นที่บริเวณภาคเหนือ และภาคกลาง เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนที่ปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และทะเลจีนใต้เริ่มมีกำลังอ่อน ในขณะที่มีลมใต้และลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากอ่าวไทยและทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน สำหรับภาคใต้จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ เนื่องจากลมตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย และภาคใต้ ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณดังกล่าว ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักที่จะเกิดขึ้นไว้ด้วย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง และลมกระโชกแรง รวมทั้งดูแลรักษาสุขภาพในช่วงที่สภาพอากาศเปลี่ยนแปลงไว้ด้วย ส่วนชาวเรือควรเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการเดินเรือ และหลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
