ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้มีฝนตกต่อเนื่องและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคกลาง กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านอ่าวไทย และภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
