บริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบน จะมีสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน โดยมีลักษณะของฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง และฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ซึ่งจะมีผลกระทบบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือก่อน ส่วนภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก จะได้รับผลกระทบในระยะถัดไป ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นอีกระลอกหนึ่งจากประเทศจีนจะแผ่ปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้ลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ประเทศไทย และทะเลอันดามัน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนัก ฝนฟ้าคะนอง และลมกระโชกแรง โดยหลีกเลี่ยงการอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ สิ่งปลูกสร้างและป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรงไว้ด้วย ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
