These tools are available for every point on Earth, since the analysis uses historical weather simulation model data from NEMSGLOBAL since 1984, local high-resolution and re-analysis (ERA5) since 1979.

Risk assessment for wind gust and wind speed
The new wind risk assessments summarises the probability of certain wind speed and gust events. The output is based on more than 35 years of historical weather data and thereby allows long-term analysis.

- Likelihoods for customized wind events over one year, which helps to find seasonal patterns.
- Define your own tolerable risk and check its occurrences over one year. Analyse the occurrences of your defined risk for each single year since 1984.
- The dataset is fully consistent and gapless and is thereby the perfect opportunity to compare risks in different years and to find changes over years.
- Simulations represent local wind conditions not as precisely as with measurements. Simulations are, however, seamless in timespace and time, which can never be achieved with measurement data. Therefore, simulation data enables unique long-term and site comparisons.
Crop risk prediction and crop risk analysis
The meteoblue crop risk diagrams are a
novel way to combine climate data, weather data, and crop data to assess local crop-specific climate risks based on
weather event frequency:

analyzing weather-related uncertainties.
