Updated aviation meteograms launched

For pilots, paragliders, meteorologists, the thermal forecast, Stueve and Sounding Meteograms have been upgraded.

Continuing our journey to improve our visuals and content, the meteograms for use in the Air segments have been redesigned and reprogrammed and are now available on our website.

With the recent website update, our Thermal Meteogram, Stueve and Sounding diagrams have been released and are now available for use. All of these Meteograms are part of our premium website subscription - point+

By subscribing to point+, you can enjoy our website without ads and gain access to premium Meteograms, including the improved aviation-specific Meteograms:

Thermal forecast: The update allows for point-specific forecast data, calculated using our meteoblue Learning MultiModel (mLM). This update increases the accuracy of the data, with some weather data being updated more frequently. Furthermore, colours are changed for better readability, and the meteogram is now also translated into many languages.

Stueve (see screenshot) and Sounding: We have improved the color scheme and alignment of the presented content and the legend.

We believe that these changes will enhance the usability of our meteograms, and we value your feedback.

hello Thank you very much for the change of appearance. I suggest you increase the forecasts to five to seven days instead of three days.

Thanks for your suggestion. Since the thermal Meteogram contains very detailed information, we need to make sure that it is properly readable, which is not longer when extending the forecast time range.

Therefore, we recommend using our Air Meteogram (https://www.meteoblue.com/weather/aviation/air/) or our weather maps (https://www.meteoblue.com/weather/maps), which should provide a first outlook and also include detailed information for flight planning.
