IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 1016 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that rain has tapered off over most of the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Several flood-prone roads continue to be closed.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Moberly, Marshall, Macon, Brookfield, Fayette, Marceline, Slater, Salisbury, Huntsville, Glasgow, New Franklin, Brunswick, Bevier, Higbee, Keytesville, Bucklin, Laclede, Bosworth and Clark.
