ลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ในขณะที่มีแนวลมพัดสอบของลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมบริเวณภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเริ่มมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการเดินเรือ และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Meanwhile the low-pressure cell cover the Gulf of Tonkin. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Central, the East and the South (west coast). The wind and waves over the Andaman Sea is strengthening with 1–2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower.
