บริเวณภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดหนองคาย บึงกาฬ และสกลนคร เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

The moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North and the upper Northeast. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are 1-2 meters, in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
