IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

- At 946 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Water was already beginning to cover roads near the County Road B and Road 44 intersection.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, mainly rural areas of Northwestern Butler and Southeastern Platte Counties
