Arches and Archives: These are 2 new enhancements to our public website. Hourly overview with a temperature arching curve, so you can immediately see the daily amplitude, reinforced by colours and improved weather icons. In addition, the webcams now have a unique archive and new functions. Check out our latest improvements!
The summit of the highest mountain in Africa reaches 5895 meters altitude and is tough to reach and even tougher to overpass. However, in December 2021, 15 hot air balloon teams made the first balloon crossing since 2011. Stefan Zeberli, a Swiss professional balloon pilot, leader of the ballon world ranking and user of meteoblue services, recounts the experience.

meteoblue launches historical satellite cloud maps since 2020 - worldwide and in highest available precision - the first of its kind worldwide.
Our Weather model selection now includes UKMO-10 worldwide and UKMO-2 for NW-Europe. This increases our model range to 8 worldwide and to 20 weather models in the EU - an unique selection not yet publicly available anywhere else.
